Installing the 16-inch PVC water line today. Working in open trenching with shoring to get the pipe down to grade. Crew is executing production.

Nearing final completion on this section. Tie-ins are being completed in the pit while the slope is prepared for backfill. Crew will be off the site shortly.

Wrapped up the week with subgrade cut to elevation along the East wall and hubs set for the utility crew. Iron is shut down, SWPPP controls are intact, and we hit our production targets for the week. Back on site Monday.

Finished the wet utility phase and moved to final asphalt cleanup. Crews are currently sweeping pavement and managing site drainage. Paving for the main access roads and parking stalls is complete..

This drainage project is at 29% completion. Crews are currently cutting grade and installing concrete-lined and rip-rap channel sections for stormwater management. Guardrail installation and roadside asphalt replacement will follow to finish out the section.

This expansion project in Apache Junction, AZ is at 94% completion. Crews are currently finishing the remaining structures and tying in the final underground utilities.

Subgrade preparation and wet utility installation continue on the Queen Creek subdivision project. Blue-top grading is moving forward to get pads ready for vertical construction. The crew is maintaining the production
