Hello Friends! It's been awhile since we have done the Daniel Fast with the reading of Proverbs to start the new year. We are inviting you to join us on this journey. On this page there are recipes that we have posted over the years along with the "Foods to eat and food to avoid" list. Remember if you have dietary restrictions, please always confirm this with your doctor before trying something new.
