Nikki Alexis will be returning to Hell City Tattoo Festival Phoenix this August 14th-16th as one of our beautiful Hell City Hotties at the luxurious Arizona Biltmore in less than two months!

The “Hell City Hotties” are the Official Trophy Ladies of Hell City that will be handing out all the awards to the HC Tattoo Competition Winners and making the HC MainStage even hotter than HELL! When the Hell City Hotties are not on the HC MainStage or in a photo shoot they will all be in the Hell City Hotties Booth located near the MainStage!
