We have above standard liquors and wines, and, of course, a variety of your favorite beers. Ask about our Cowboy Stuff -- dinner served family-style that includes shrimp, BBQ chicken, beans, swordfish, baked potatoes, seasonal fruit, pork ribs, corn-on-the-cob, sirloin steak strips, fresh raw vegetables, and rolls with butter and honey. Better come hungry.

The sun sets a little lower on the horizon today, and the Arizona music scene is a little quieter, mourning the loss of a true legend. Carvin Jones wasn’t just a guitarist; he was the heartbeat of our desert, a man who could make a melody feel like a warm breeze across the plains and a hard truth all at once.
We were lucky enough to have him play for us during our Barbecue Day, and he left a mark on everyone who heard him. He walked through life with the steady rhythm of a seasoned traveler and a spirit as wide open as the Arizona sky. Whether he was picking a tune that made the stars lean in to listen or just sharing a story over a plate of brisket at Rustler's Rooste, Carvin carried a kindness that was rare and a talent that was pure gold.
The music he left behind will keep on echoing in our hearts, a reminder of a great man who was a friend to us all.
Rest easy, Carvin.
Tip your hats, friends we’ve lost one of the best.
