Wasted Ink Zine Distro

Learn from Wasted Ink's founder, Charissa, in a multi-part virtual zine workshop, how to design and lay out a zine using Canva and receive 15 finished printed copies!

This is our third annual iteration, and we've taught 30+ people how to make zines through these classes. We hope you'll join us!

Participants will complete an 8-page zine design, receive 15 printed and assembled copies, a ton of resources to make more zines, and hopefully a few new friends. This is a great workshop for beginners or folks interested in learning how to layout digital zines.

Space is limited so sign up right away! We have two free sponsored spots available, please email us directly if the cost is prohibitive. The workshop cost covers the materials and equipment, the workshop leader’s time and expertise, and the platform to host the workshop.

The WIZD zine library is a great place to do some self-directed study, discover quotes for your commonplace book, or absorb yourself in a new interest. This month, our library is featuring anarcho zines and we have a wide variety of topics and authors within that theme, spanning the globe. Stop in and check out our library! We’re open Fri-Sun, 11-6p for our summer hours.

You're invited to our upcoming lino Carving Club with Timothea Haider on July 26 at the cool and colorful paper jam + print!

No experience required! Bring your own supplies or use ours for a small donation. This is a casual drop-in group to start or work on relief carving and block printing. We'll get you started and then leave you to it! When we say "club" we just mean a hangout! Don't forget to check out Wasted Ink during your visit! Bring a friend and come join us! ✨
