We are less than two weeks away from being completely done with our 1900 square foot addition in Tempe and wanted to share a progress video! We partnered with the homeowners from the initial plans and permits phase so we are excited to hand them the keys to their new workshop and casita soon. Stay tuned for final photos and videos!
The early bird does in fact get the worm! It’s not even 7 am and our amazing concrete crew has already gotten a jump start on the day. This concrete pour is for our Phoenix project where we are expanding and enclosing the existing carport (converting it into a garage) and also adding a bathroom and kitchen to an existing casita.

New project alert in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Central Phoenix! We are expanding and enclosing an attached carport to convert it into a garage, as well as remodeling the existing detached casita to add a bathroom and kitchen. We will share progress photos and videos throughout the duration of the project.
New project alert! We just began demo for our newest project in Phoenix which entails converting a carport into an enclosed garage as well as remodeling the previous garage into a 1 bed 1 bath casita. We partnered with architects and the City of Phoenix to secure plans and permits, and now we are excited to bring the homeowners’ vision to life. No audio on this video as demo day is a very loud day, but stay tuned for more updates on this project in the coming months!
Happy Monday! We are excited to share the progress of our current massive 1800 sq ft addition in Tempe, which entails an 800 sq ft garage and a 1000 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath casita. We just finished framing and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and are about to start stucco and installations of the windows. Stay tuned for further progress videos and final photos upon completion!

Hi there! It’s been a while since we’ve last posted so thought we’d post a little “about us”. I have been running my small family owned residential and commercial general contractor business for the past 10 years alongside my father, who is a civil engineer, and wife, who focuses on logistics and finances. Over the past year we’ve done multiple extensive home remodels, casitas, and additions. Outside of work, we’ve been growing our family and welcomed the addition of our second boy in September 2025! During the (limited!) free time we have, we like to play pickleball, go to the lake, and travel. Stay tuned for upcoming posts of our latest projects!
