Every generation has a moment where everything changes.
For boomers it was manufacturing.
For millennials it was the internet.
For Gen Z? It's AI.
And yes β the uncertainty that comes with that is real.
I'm not going to pretend it isn't.
But here's what I also know:
The people who win in moments of massive change are never the ones who had it all figured out.
They're the ones who stayed curious.
Who leaned into what they were passionate about.
Who didn't grip so tightly to a single path that they missed the opportunity right in front of them.
The world is shifting fast.
But creativity, passion, and a willingness to adapt?
Those will never go out of style. π
I asked Sophia what scares people her age most about the future.
Her answer? Uncertainty.
And I get it. I really do.
But what I also know is this β Gen Z is stepping into the workforce at the exact same moment AI is creating the biggest wave of opportunity we've ever seen.
The edge won't come from picking the "right" career path.
It'll come from knowing what you're passionate about and learning how to use the tools around you.
That combination? No algorithm can replace it.
If you've got a young person in your life who's feeling the weight of the future right now β share this with them. π

Something Sophia said in this week's episode stopped me in my tracks.
She said her generation will not work hard unless they actually care.
Not can't.
Won't.
And I thought β that's not a problem.
That's actually a gift.
Because when I was coming up, so many of us took the path that felt safe.
The one that made sense on paper.
The one that checked the right boxes.
Not always the one that lit us up inside.
Gen Z is refusing to do that.
And I think there's something really important in that.
This week, Sophia and I had one of the most honest conversations we've had on this show.
We talked about what her generation is actually afraid of right now.
How AI is changing every career path they thought they could count on. Why social media is giving everyone β young and old β a distorted picture of what success really looks like.
And what parents are getting wrong when it comes to raising kids who are resilient, grounded, and ready for what's ahead.
Sophia didn't hold back. Neither did I. π
If you have a teenager at home, this one is worth listening to together.
And if you are that teenager β I want you to hear this: The world you're stepping into is full of more opportunity than any generation before you has ever had. You just have to stay open.
New episode is up now. ποΈ

Itβs not about stacking more cash.
Itβs about creating a life where you have choices.
Where youβre not stuckβ¦
not forcedβ¦
not operating from pressure.
Thatβs what financial freedom really looks like.
Agree or disagree?
β¨One of my FAVORITE real estate hacks β¨
If a property sells and has quite a bit of interest and leads... I leave the property up on the website as SOLD.
This allows people interested in the area to reach out and ask about other properties I might have close by!
We're able to sell more properties, and they're able to get land EXACTLY where they want it. π₯°
It's a WIN-WIN!

Wealth isnβt built in one big moment.
Itβs built in small, smart decisionsβover and over again.
Whatβs one decision that changed things for you? π
Here's what it truly takes to be in the top 1% (it has nothing to do with money) π€
Your success has little to do with how much you have in your bank account right now. Instead, it's more about your mindset... The "type" of person who WILL find success is a "Yes, we can," person.
π They're not just thinking about the next ten minutes, they're thinking about the next 10 years...
π They have big dreams, but they're also grounded in gratitude
π They're humble yet focused on a growth mindset to learn more and become more
And, above all, they're allergic to excuses. β
Does this describe YOU?!

One of the hardest things about being a leader is that people look to you for answers β even when you don't have them.
Especially when you don't have them.
And right now, a lot of leaders are in that exact place.
Navigating uncertainty.
Trying to keep their teams motivated.
Figuring it out in real time.
Here's what I've learned: Your team doesn't need you to be perfect. They need you to be present. They need you to be honest. They need you to say β "I don't have all the answers, but here's our plan, and we're in this together."
That kind of leadership builds more trust than any polished speech ever could.
Show up. Be real. Rally the people around you.
That's how you lead through the hard seasons. π
Sophia's advice for anyone in sales or fundraising right now:
π Call in the evenings β when people are home, relaxed, and actually have time to talk.
ποΈ Texts get dismissed. Emails hit junk.
πͺ A real conversation still wins every time.
And here's the thing β when a teenager calls you for a cause they believe in?
Most adults are going to pick up. And they're more likely to give.
The hustle is simple. It's just not always easy.
That's what separates the ones who hit their goals from the ones who don't.

In a world that's moving faster and feeling more uncertain by the day β the thing that cuts through the noise isn't a better funnel.
It isn't a slicker email sequence.
It isn't a new strategy.
It's a real conversation. π
Human connection has always been the foundation of every sale, every donation, every yes.
But right now?
It matters more than ever.
People are holding onto their money tighter.
They're skeptical.
They're distracted.
And the only thing that moves them is feeling like someone genuinely cares.
So before you overhaul your whole approach β pick up the phone.
Show up in person.
Look someone in the eye and remind them why it matters.
That's where the magic still lives. π
"The world is what the world is."
Sophia said it simply β but it hit hard.
2024? People were generous. 2025 got tougher. And 2026? You can really feel it.
Whether you're running a nonprofit campaign, a sales team, or your own business β this is the reality a lot of us are sitting in right now. π
The question isn't whether it's hard. It is.
The question is what you do next.
Tune in to this week's episode to hear exactly how we're navigating it. ποΈ

Let me be straight with you.
Most businesses right now are feeling it.
Sales underperforming.
Revenue down.
Campaigns not hitting.
Launches falling flat.
You're not imagining it. And you're not alone.
In this week's episode of the Becoming Wealthy Podcast, Sophia and I sit down to talk about what's actually happening in the marketplace right now β and more importantly, what you can do about it.
Sophia is in the middle of leading a 150-person volunteer campaign for Blood Cancer United. The campaign is underperforming. Every chapter across the country is struggling.
Sound familiar?
Here's what they came back to:
π Pick up the phone. Real calls beat texts every time.
π₯ Work your warm leads β don't start over, double down.
π₯ Get your team in a room together. Accountability changes everything.
π‘ Lead with honesty. Your team doesn't need perfection β they need direction.
Because here's the truth: In tough times, the temptation is to pull back. To wait and see. To pause.
But the ones who lean in? They come out ahead every single time.
