As a cleaner, we pour so much into everyone else that sometimes we forget to take care of us. We forget that we’re human too.

But here’s the truth…
When I’m cleaning your house, I’m in your sanctuary , your protected space your temple so I need to make sure I give you my all and do a great job . And energy is real.

So if I ever say,
“Hey, I’m going through something today or I’m sick, can we reschedule?”
please understand—it’s not me being unprofessional, it’s me being intentional.

Because energy transfers.
When you hug someone… energy transfers.
When you lay with someone… energy transfers.
And when I put my hands all over your home… energy transfers.

I never want to pour into you from a place that’s heavy, off, or not aligned. You deserve my best energy every single time I’m in your home.

So yes, it’s okay to pause.
It’s okay to protect your peace.
And it’s okay to reschedule so I can show up as my best self for you 💆🏽‍♀️✨
