Uniform & Shoe Fitting Week: August 3–9
Get dance-season ready during our Uniform & Shoe Fitting Week! This is the perfect opportunity to ensure your dancer has the correct attire, shoes, and accessories before classes begin.

Families are welcome to drop in at any time during the hours listed below—no appointment is necessary. We highly recommend bringing your dancer with you so we can ensure proper sizing and the best fit for uniforms and dance shoes.

Uniform & Shoe Fitting Schedule:
-Monday, August 3: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
-Tuesday, August 4: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-Wednesday, August 5: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-Thursday, August 6: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
-Friday, August 7: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
-Saturday, August 8: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
-Sunday, August 9: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Meet the Teacher Week: August 3–8
We're excited to welcome our students and families for Meet the Teacher Week!

During this special week, dancers will have the opportunity to visit the studio, meet their teacher(s), see their classroom, and become familiar with their dance schedule before the season begins.

Students should attend Meet the Teacher on the same day(s) they will normally have dance classes during the season. For example, if a dancer has classes every Monday and Thursday, they are welcome to attend on Monday, Thursday, or both days during Meet the Teacher Week.

Monday–Thursday Classes
Families should arrive according to the dancer's last name:
Group 1 (A–H): 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Group 2 (I–Q): 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Group 3 (R–Z): 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Saturday Classes
Families with Saturday dancers should arrive according to the dancer's last name:
Group 1 (A–H): 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Group 2 (I–Q): 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Group 3 (R–Z): 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Please note: every dancer should have received an email with their schedule along with their Meet the Teacher information. Some teachers may not be able to attend, so please refer to the email to make sure before coming. Those who teacher is unable to attend are still welcome to come during the time, as we will have a lot of fun activities going on. *Dancers enrolled in Company, please watch for additional communication regarding Meet the Teacher Week. Company dancers will have a designated day and time to attend.

When Should My Dancer Attend?
Dancers are encouraged to attend on the day(s) they are scheduled for classes during the season. For example, if your dancer has classes on both Monday and Thursday, they may attend on Monday, Thursday, or both days during "Meet the Teacher" Week.

Arrival Times
To help ensure a smooth and organized experience, families should arrive according to the first letter of the dancer’s last name.

Monday–Thursday Classes
Group 1 (Last Names A–H): 4:00–4:30 PM
Group 2 (Last Names I–Q): 4:30–5:00 PM
Group 3 (Last Names R–Z): 5:00–5:30 PM

Saturday Classes
Group 1 (Last Names A–H): 9:30–10:00 AM
Group 2 (Last Names I–Q): 10:00–10:30 AM
Group 3 (Last Names R–Z): 10:30–11:00 AM

Company dancers: Please watch for additional communication regarding "Meet the Teacher" Week. A designated day and time will be provided specifically for company dancers.

**Getting fitted early not only guarantees the best selection and proper fit—it also helps your dancer feel confident, comfortable, and ready to shine on their first day of class!
