Her responsibilities encompass managing accounts payable along with a wide range of tasks that contribute directly to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Additionally, Cassie provides valuable support to the accounting team by actively working with various departments, serving as a bridge between financial operations and our customers. Behind the scenes, she engages in extensive accounting tasks and willingly contributes to ongoing projects.

Cassie is a mom of two girls and they keep her very busy! Her hobbies include boxing and anything health and wellness related. She also enjoys going to concerts as often as she can and listens to a wide variety of music. Remembering an absurd amount of lyrics is one of her special talents! 😛🎶

SPOTLIGHT: Meet Andrew Owen, Lead Network Engineer. 👋 With experience dating back to mid-July 2017, Andrew has been at the forefront of technology-oriented roles throughout his career. From a day to day basis, Andrew leads a dedicated team in maintaining and troubleshooting the intricate technologies that compose the network infrastructures of our valued customers.

Andrew enjoys diving into tech hobbies, from playing with electronic circuits and coding microcontrollers to unwinding with video games. When he's not in the tech world, you'll find him camping and off-roading in his 4x4. Andrew also holds a license as an Amateur Radio Operator, allowing him to explore communication technologies with a focus on radio frequencies. 📻

In his role, David spearheads the planning, development, and implementation of project efforts utilizing cutting-edge Information Technology solutions, principles, standards, and best practices David holds a high standard in customer service, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Beyond his professional pursuits, David is a devoted husband and father to eleven amazing kids, six of whom are British Nationals residing in Birmingham, England. A die-hard Chiefs Fan, David is all about "Run it Back" on and off the field. 🏈

SPOTLIGHT: Meet Rick Jimenez, Sr. Business Development Representative. 👋 Since joining ArmorPoint in November 2019 as an inside sales representative, Rick has transitioned into a strategic role as the Sr. Business Development Representative for the South-East and West channel partnership team.

In this capacity, Rick focuses on engaging industry MSPs and MSSPs, delving into discussions about our partnership program and managed services. The primary objective is to identify mutual benefits and set the stage for deeper collaborations. SPOTLIGHT: Meet Jonathan Drake, Data Center Engineer. 👋 Jonathan has been with Trapp Technology for almost 3 and a half years. On a daily basis, he is responsible for helping with the monitoring and maintenance of all Data Center Infrastructure including HVAC, Electrical, Badge Access, Fire Life Safety, among others. He also receives, builds, configures, installs, and connects all Data Center network and server equipment for Trapp, including overseas once this year! 🌊

Outside of work, Jonathan is a husband and father of three. He is a die-hard Cardinals, Diamondbacks, and Suns fan (in that order), but would trade his allegiance to all of them to shoot one round in the 60's.

The quote he tries to live by most often these days is "Your children get only one childhood. Make it memorable."

SPOTLIGHT: Meet Mitchell Reinboldt, Service Delivery Technician II. 👋 Mitchell brings expertise in various IT products to ensure excellent IT services for our Managed App (cloud), MSP, and web/email hosted clients. In his role, Mitchell supports queues during high volume, collaborating effectively with fellow technicians to troubleshoot complex issues.

Currently, Mitchell is on a mission to obtain his Network+ certification, driven by his passion to advance as a Network Engineer. Beyond the office, Mitchell's enjoys hitting the golf course, shooting hoops, and practicing archery. 🎯 When he's not in the midst of sports, you can find him playing video games or sharing laughter with his wife, Hana, while watching stand-up comedy.
