The last time I wore this suit was a year ago at Jesse’s wedding on Long Island. MaryAnn thought I looked pretty good in it, so apparently it deserved another appearance.
I’m honored to once again be included in the Phoenix Business Journal’s The List of top residential real estate agents. The Book of Lists has been around since 2007, and I’ve been fortunate to be recognized every year.
This year came with a little surprise. After some of my 2025 closings were not included, my sales volume was corrected to $58.4 million, moving me from 21 to 17.
After all these years, though, I know the numbers are only part of the story. Real estate is about relationships, friendships, trust and the rapport you build with clients and fellow agents.
I’m grateful to everyone who continues to trust, work with and refer me.
And MaryAnn, you were right about the suit.

Paris to London: Part Two of our summer travels.
After a quick flight from Zurich to Paris, our first day in Paris allowed time to get settled in at our sweet boutique hotel, situated on the Left Bank in the heart of Saint Germain des Prés, Espirit Saint Germain. Merci Didi Johnson our Luxury Travel Advisor and Friend.
We covered plenty of Paris with Sean, Michael, Tina, and Tracy & Brian Friedman: Sainte-Chapelle, the Conciergerie, Notre-Dame, lunch at Chez Julien, wandering the Marais, and we were fortunate to visit the Mémorial de la Shoah, where we found the family name NesselStrauss on the Wall of Names, a powerful connection to our family history.
We enjoyed an incredible evening aboard Ducasse sur Seine, savoring contemporary French cuisine aboard an electric cruise boat on the Seine. MaryAnn visited boutiques while Sean frequented coffee bistros and played our tour guide by day and ventured to cabarets and clubs by night.
Paris also checked off one of MaryAnn’s long time bucket-list wish the Eiffel Tower.
A few days later, we boarded the Eurostar for London, arriving on July 4th. We checked into The Stafford and spent the next few days seeing London with Sean, spent a morning in a small car visiting “Beatles’ favorite spots, so many sights, great nightclubs and plenty of miles on foot.
During our evenings, we had great dinners with Tracy, Brian, Michael, Tina and Taylor (Tina’s daughter), Jody and Amara who live in the UK.
Somehow Sean always becomes our tour guide. He loves it, or at least we think he does and we happily follow along. We cherish the uninterrupted time together, it is really what makes these trips memorable.

Over the next few weeks, let’s share a few highlights from our family’s summer travels through Lucern and Zurich Switzerland, Paris, and London. While the scenery and mountains in Lucern and history were unforgettable, one moment rose above everything else.
After months of family history research Michael completed, he and I were able to locate the gravesites of our maternal great-grandparents in Zurich. Standing where they were laid to rest more than a century ago was emotional, humbling, and a reminder of the sacrifices they made that ultimately shaped our family’s story. The rest of our time in Switzerland we spent time on Lake Lucerne, wandered the charming streets of Old Town, searched for the best Swiss chocolate, and hiked into the mountains where icy glacial water carved its way through spectacular waterfalls.
It was the perfect way to begin our European adventure, but more importantly, it reminded us that some of life’s greatest experiences
come from sharing them with the people you love.
