𝐂𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐬

Trying to think of the right words to say. Man what a ride we had this year. 16 student athletes Become like daughters to me. Who would have known that 14-18 year old basketball players could impact a coach as much as they did. While I hope they learned a few things about life through this beautiful game, they taught me more about life than I could have ever taught them. Many times teams learn from their coach, in this instance their coach learned from them. Special groups like this come around once in a lifetime. Selfless, loving, caring, funny, energetic, and darn good basketball players! Each and every night this group left it all on the court! As a coach there is nothing more that I can ask for. While they have established and broken many school records and that is something to be proud of, they learned how to lead and mature through a game where an orange ball is shared around the court. Parents of this team, thank you! Thank you for trusting me with your kids, for never complaining, more importantly thank you for letting me coach. Great things can happen when parents trust their coaches through good and bad. My parents have been a blessing! Hopefully what these girls take from This season is all the amazing memories! Seaworld 1 time!

This season has absolutely gone by way too fast. These seniors are kids I have known now for 5-6 years! While I have had previous seniors in the past help build our program, this group has ESTABLISHED this program. We are not the program we are today without this group. Their character, maturity, integrity, grit, skill set, and leadership has taken this group further than we have ever been. This is not the end as we have some time left, however this a great group of kids who have been a complete blessing to Coach. These girls have become my Family. Thank you players and parents for what you have done and continue to do. Today we honor our seniors. Hopefully this ride continues to last and we enjoy each moment! Come out and support tonight!
