She discusses the importance of decluttering your home, replacing lightbulbs, not relying on your iPhone or Android camera, as well as some more obvious tips (i.e., closing the dang toilet lid!). Great pictures really do make a big difference in our experience. They're the 'hook' that catches potential buyers' eyes and attracts them into the home for their initial viewings.
