When you hit it off with the client and you share a love for the nicer things in life…. Then he shares with you a shot of “Origen” and just for fun adds a couple Cuban “ #2”. We have such amazing clients!

•Beef tenderloin turned into filet mignon for the ones who like to “treat” theme selves. Then beef tips for a French oldie. • Brisket… for the ones who like it a little mess. • New York Strip for the ones who like a THICK steak. • Short ribs, for the ones who like it tender.. low and slow. • Ribeye… because it wouldn’t be Christmas dinner without a prime rib roast. • Scrap… because beef tallow. Today was a therapy day, I became “one with the knife”… some of my knives.
Sharpened so they’re ready for the end of the year push.

Everyday is great, but when you receive the latest knife you ordered… it’s an even better day. Picked this beauty up at Barrett Jackson, just happened to walk right into the Rebex Cutlery booth. I have a feeling this is going to be fun.
