Simple 3D printed cable management. I designed 3 different sizes that all have mounting holes on the outsides for cleaner wire runs, and can be stacked or ran side by side. These were printed in a carbon ASA filament. Normal PETG can't withstand the temps inside a vehicle here during the summer as they start to warp or sag from the heat.

19+ Ram tweeter pods for a set of JL C7-100ct tweeters. 3D scanned, CAD drawn, 3D printed body, wrapped in matching vinyl, pressed mesh grille, and decorative acrylic accents that were laser cut and engraved. Includes mounting hardware and a template to line up on the pillar for easy mounting and drilling.

The mesh was pressed using 3D printed molds and the trim has been painted with a textured matte black for contrast, and includes a gloss black acrylic inlay.

Tweeter pods built for a pair Morel Virtus Nano Carbon tweeters. This one was a little more challenging as I did not have the tweeter to physically work with, however, I was able to get a 3D model to design with and print for this job.
The dome of this tweeter is taller than others I've done. An acrylic spacer and back plate were cut and mounted in order for the tweeter to sit comfortably without coming in contact with the mesh grille. And like the others, grille was pressed using 3D printed molds, trim piece was painted in a textured black, body is wrapped in OEM matching vinyl, and acrylic accents were added along with the engraved face.
While it was fun to work with an all 3D model for the most part, I still prefer to have the actual product to test with and measure from 😅.

Took a scan of the standard hood on the Ram 1500 using the Einstar 3D scanner. It's mainly for the emblems I make, but if I ever find enough time, it'll be for a new 3D emblem... versus the flat acrylic ones I currently make.

Simple fuse holder cut from acrylic and heat formed. Mounted using the existing hardware.

Another custom bass k**b finished. The client also requested a momentary switch be installed next to it. Everything is wired to a quick disconnect for easy removal/installation.

3D scanned and printed tweeter pods that can be mounted by anyone. Includes a template to line up on the pillar for easy mounting and drilling. Mesh was pressed using 3D printed molds and the trim has a gloss black insert. The pods are held in place using x4 screws from the back of the pillar. Made for the 5th gen RAM.

Details of the Ram enclosure- Storage cubby, wrapped in 3 different materials, 3D printed lettering, acrylic insert, all screws mounted with threaded inserts, and built for a shallow 10".

"Night Edition" 3D printed lettering. The backing was drawn out and cut on the laser, along with outline for the letters and mounting holes. Once the panel was wrapped, the holes were cleaned out and hardware secures the letters from the backside.

Somehow, they always look the best before getting wrapped.
