By far my favorite car at the Woodland Auto Display, and you simply have to see it to appreciate how stunning it looks.

I think of Billy often and cherish the memories and stories we shared.

Qualified 10th out of 26 cars, had some trouble in our Heat Race and DNF’d. It happens.

Lined up 11th on a very tricky track and it felt like I was in heavy traffic for all 30 laps. I don’t know how, but we ended up 7th.

I can’t begin to thank the team enough for all the hard work, including fixing my “mistakes”.

Next race: June 6th - USAC CRA at Santa Maria, CA

It’s RACEDAY! The Copper State Express is repaired and ready to go tonight at Central Arizona Raceway. The weather will be perfect and it’s an awesome bright of family fun and excitement.

And stop by the car after the main Event and say “hi”!

Casa Grande Information

Ugh.

Qualified 7th out of 22 (not bad) and went 4th to 3rd in our Heat Race.

Started 9th in the Main Event and lost a few spots on the start. With only 2 laps in the books, we restarted in 10th and the cars in front of us started crashing before we go to the start cone. Tried to avoid the chaos but drilled a slowing car and turned the 1AZ over. Done for the night.

A little welding and a few new parts and we’ll be back at tonight at Central Arizona Raceway with the USAC CRA Sprint Car Series at 6pm.

I can’t begin to thank Billy, Joey, Charlie, Sherri, Jinx and RJ for all hard work and support. I hate to create more work for them, but will do my best to show the speed and give them the results they deserve.

And shout out to Jerry at Petty Performance Racing , Central Arizona Raceway, Jugo Brands, Woodland Auto Display, Paso Robles, California, Justice Brothers, Bell Racing, K1 and Lifestyle Homes for their support of our team AND racing in Arizona. We literally could not do this without them.
