Vivint Security System is a JOKE!
They don’t actually contact the authorities in an emergency situation. My alarm went off when my family and I was sleeping. My back door was opened. Thankfully the person that opened it got scared when the alarm went off and the situation didn’t escalate… BUT Vivint never made contact with the authorities. They turned off the alarm after 5 mins on their end. I called them when I woke up and asked why wasn’t authorities contacted and they didn’t know how to respond. I was like my family and I could’ve been murdered. We did not hear the alarm at all. I take matters like this very seriously and as a person that has a following it’s my duty to inform the public when your safety could be jeopardized!
