We employ a group of committed architects, designers, and craftsmen who design and build the finest contemporary architecture in the state. Our company provides services including architecture, cost estimating, turn key design-build services, and general contracting. The construction division also provides pre-construction services, contract document preparation, permit expediting, and complete general contracting services for some of the most talented architects in the country, as well as subcontract work for a select few contractors and owners. has distinct divisions including, architecture, general contracting, carpentry, architectural metals, concrete, cabinetry, glazing, and specialty structures. We self perform the trades that require finish level craftsmanship. It is our goal to build architecture without compromise to the detailing, while still controlling cost, quality, and time. Through our process, The Construction Zone, Ltd.
