Our first online program is live! Creating this program has been a labor of love and intention, years in the making.

Coniunctio Volume I: a Chakra Balancing Reset & Recipe Guide is the first step into the alchemical process of spiritual transmutation. Throughout this weeklong chakra balancing practice, we employ sound healing, nutrition, movement and other energetic allies to address spiritual, emotional and physical blockages. Participants will learn how to support the healthy flow of energy to attune our bodies to the frequency of our highest good. 

Cost of the course is $40. Payment plans and a course scholarship application are available on the website for those in need.

Well, we think it’s safe to say Hamilton was a hit!! This past week, we granted 8 community members access to the show and they all had a blast 🖤 Providing exposure to the Arts and culture is just one core tenet we use to advance our mission of effecting lasting change within our community. When it comes to providing collective healing, so often we look to correct the issues OUTSIDE of us. While tackling the financial burdens, educational disparities and other tangible obstacles are all important; equally as important are the deep rooted spiritual and emotional issues that can arise when we are navigating trauma. Thanks to a special grant from , we are now certified in Sound Therapy! We cannot wait to add this to our lineup of healing modalities in future workshops and events!
