One last lineup before our fifth and final convocation performance this week, this time at Mountain America Stadium, Tempe, AZ. This one never gets old and continues to be one of our favorites.
Grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful moment for so many engineering graduates and families.
Check out the comments for a great field-level perspective. Our drummer Tyler captured the procession on his Meta glasses and it puts you right in the middle of it.

Mini band performing at Desert Financial Arena for two Arizona State University College of Engineering convocations today - two ceremonies down (9am and 2pm) and one more at Mountain America Stadium, Tempe, AZ on Thursday.
This kicks off a full week supporting graduates across both Arizona State University and University of Arizona. Grateful for the continued support and the opportunity to be part of these milestones.
Thank you to the The Las Vegas Celtic Society for a great weekend. Ed Best and Scottish Drum Lessons were instrumental in helping us tie for first with this medley (1,2,2,1) with the win going to our friends at Kevin R. Blandford Memorial Pipe Band on ensemble preference. See everyone at Scottish Fest in Costa Mesa.

The Phoenix Pipe Band was proud to appear this morning on Good Morning Arizona on AZFamily! ☀️
During the segment, we highlighted our nonprofit mission to preserve and promote Celtic music and pipe band traditions across Arizona and the Southwest. Several of our talented teenage members performed live, showcasing the next generation of pipers and drummers in our program.
Youth music education is at the heart of what we do, and we were proud to share that mission with viewers this morning. Great job to our youth performers! 🎶 Video in comments.

The Phoenix Pipe Band had a strong showing at the the Desert Branch - Western United States Pipe Band Association Piping Weekend Band Contest Today at the Irish Cultural Center and McClelland Library. The Grade 5 band took the first place win while playing alongside our friends from Glendale Pipes and Drums and the Hugh O’Connor Pipe Band. Patrick Towey earned Grade 2 Piper of the Day and Aaron Crosser earned Grade 4 Piper of the Day. A great pre-season chance for the band and our soloists to gather helpful feedback and carry fresh energy into the season ahead.
