This one was special

This home in Paradise Valley needed a full transformation. The goal was simple… make it feel open, modern, and actually functional for everyday life.

We raised the ceilings up to 25 feet, opened everything up, and reworked the space so it flows naturally,especially around the kitchen.

Because for me, the kitchen is everything.
It’s where life happens… where the family connects, talks, and just is together.

We kept it minimal, clean, and intentional—nothing extra, just the right elements to make the space feel elevated but still comfortable.

This home in Paradise Valley was originally built in the 1970s, and the vision was clear: transform it into a modern, timeless space while keeping it realistic and functional for everyday living.

Every detail of this remodel was carefully designed and custom-built to achieve a clean, contemporary look that still feels warm and livable. From the interior spaces to the exterior updates, the entire home was reimagined.

Each piece was thoughtfully placed to evoke a sense of balance, culture, and movement — a quiet welcome that whispers island soul while making a modern statement.
