Gov. Gavin Newsom sent a letter to President Trump on Monday asking the president to tell Republican governors to abandon efforts to draw new congressional maps, saying that California would drop its possible efforts if the other states do so.

It's official, our Lingual Thioctic Acid Delivery Systems US Patent has been approved. Just waiting on the official number assignment.

According to the PCT and US Patent Office it is almost guaranteed that we will be awarded the same in China, India, and the EU.

Transferring the project to another LLC now that the original development phase is over. Time to move on to a more active focus on our delayed backburner project, BH-CWC.

Sorry it has been so long for news and updates but each of these projects takes time/energy. However, as you can see, things are moving fast behind the scenes.

It feels like it's been a long while since the Lingual Thioctic Acid Patent Project was begun, but compared to the average time to get a pharmaceutical patent fully awarded we are ahead of schedule. According to the patent assessor in the US Patent Office all the pieces are in place and it WILL be awarded. So, it's just a matter of time before the final paperwork is completed. How long? Hopefully, we remain above the average and we can report it is so before the end of the summer. Stay tuned for more information.
