Support local artists.
^this is what we are about here at Ample. So many of my friends and community are artists. My husband is an artist. I've been an artist for many years (fun fact, I went to school for music). I've been able to see the way art changes those that experience it. Real emotion bubbles to the surface. I've seen people listening to a song that brings up childhood nostalgia. I've watched the way my friends of color have been changed by seeing themselves reflected in art for the first time. I've also seen the way that art changes the artist themselves. For me, art is the way I process the events in my life. Ultimately, it is healing for me. When you support local artists you aren't just receiving a product, you are participating in the process with them. You are encouraging their reflection, growth and healing.

The Sedonas- an all time favorite for you all!
These are inspired by the gorgeous rocks in Sedona, AZ. My partner and I used to drive up to Sedona from Phoenix almost every weekend to watch the sun set on the rocks. These hold a special place in my heart.
