Intrepid Metals is pleased to announce the completion of the initial geological mapping and geochemical components of the 2026 Phase 1 Exploration Program at our Corral Copper Project in Arizona.

Based on encouraging early-stage field observations and the identification of additional prospective target areas, the program has now been expanded to include additional rock sampling and a new soil sampling grid across parts of the Property.

Importantly, the identification of gold mineralization at the Mattie Prospect represents a separate and distinct third style of mineralization recognized at Corral Copper, further highlighting the Project’s metal endowment and broader district-scale exploration potential.

With multiple target opportunities emerging across the Property, Corral continues to demonstrate the characteristics of a large-scale mineralized system in one of the world’s premier copper jurisdictions.

Inside a Geologists’ Field Visit at Corral Copper 05/25/2026

Intrepid Metals was pleased to recently host a large group of geologists and industry professionals for a field visit to our Corral Copper Project in Arizona, organized in partnership with the Arizona Geological Society.

The day provided an excellent opportunity to walk the project, exchange technical perspectives, and highlight the geology that continues to make Corral Copper such an exciting exploration story. From expanding high-grade CRD mineralization to emerging porphyry copper targets, the project continues to demonstrate significant district-scale potential.

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who attended and contributed to the discussions throughout the visit, as well as the Arizona Geological Society for coordinating a successful field trip.

For those who couldn’t attend, this video offers a closer look at the project and the work underway at Corral Copper: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-XHzqAvzAA&t=2s

Intrepid Metals Corp. (TSXV: INTR) (OTC: IMTCF) is pleased to announce an amendment to its option agreement, extending the timeline to complete the May 2026 US$1.5 million work commitment at the Tombstone South Project in Arizona to May 2027.

Tombstone South is a highly prospective and underexplored opportunity within a proven Carbonate Replacement Deposit (CRD) district. Previous geophysical work has identified a compelling chargeability anomaly near key geological contacts associated with major zinc-lead-silver mineralization in the region.

With over C$19.1 million raised since December 2025, Intrepid is well-positioned to advance exploration and unlock the potential of this exciting project.

We look forward to the next phase of work at Tombstone South.

Intrepid Metals has officially kicked off its 2026 Phase 1 Exploration Program at the Corral Copper Project in Arizona, marking an important step toward a significant drill campaign later this year.

The current program is focused on detailed geological mapping and geochemical work to refine high-priority drill targets, including both deeper porphyry systems and near-surface CRD mineralization identified in prior campaigns.

Just as importantly, Intrepid enters this next phase from a position of financial strength:

• Over ~98% of January 2024 warrants exercised
• More than C$19 million raised since December 2025
• A substantially strengthened treasury to fund exploration and development

With the warrant overhang now cleared and strong shareholder backing demonstrated, the Company is well positioned to execute an active and value-focused 2026 exploration season.

Momentum is building at Corral.

A great few days hosting the Arizona Geological Society - thanks to everyone who joined us on site, and to AGS for organizing such a smooth and well-run tour.

As we head into our 2026 program, the focus is clear: advancing high-grade CRD mineralization while refining porphyry targets across the property.

Upcoming work includes expanded geophysics, geochemistry, and mapping - all designed to support the next phase of drilling later this year.

On the ground at Corral Copper with the Arizona Geological Society - always a great opportunity to share geology in context.

Visitors saw firsthand how the system comes together:• CRD and distal porphyry-style mineralization across multiple zones• A growing 3.5 km mineralized corridor (Ringo–Earp–Holliday–Clanton)• Increasing evidence we’re closing in on a porphyry source

Recent work has identified classic porphyry indicators (QSP alteration, stockwork veining, and mineralized breccias) strengthening the case for a larger system at depth.

Exciting times as we continue advancing Corral.

Great to host the Arizona Geological Society at our Corral Copper project this weekend.

Walking through core and outcrops on site really brings the story together — from high-grade CRD mineralization to the broader porphyry system we’re working to define.

Corral is shaping up as a district-scale system in a proven Arizona copper belt — and we’re just getting started.
