We’re exclusively committed to manufacturing custom miniature aluminum extrusions and aluminum extruded tubing. As such, we can only produce tubing up to 2.75" in diameter. Profile Precision Extrusions manufactures a wide variety of simple to complex extruded aluminum shapes. We produce standard aerospace extrusions such as Army-Navy Aeronautical Design Standards (AND shapes), Boeing standard designs (BAC shapes) that meet their demanding criteria. We set ourselves apart from others in our industry because of our ability to produce aluminum extrusions that require close tolerances, a small design envelope, or both.

Our proprietary technology allows us to extrude tube with an outside diameter as small as .094"
