Ciabatta bread is of Italian descent. It was first produced in 1982 by Arnaldo Cavallari. Cavallari was a miller and baker near Venice, Italy. During this time French Baguettes were popular and bakeries were working to develop a product that would be able to compete with the baguette.
Our Ciabatta bread is made in-house from scratch. Come taste a piece of Italian history today whether you pick up a whole loaf or a delicious sandwich!
