Introducing Eduardo Mora, painting, drawing, printmaking visual artist and a Phoenix College second year student! Eduardo plans to continue his education at Arizona State University in Studio Art. TDCF is proud to support Eduardo’s blossoming professional art practice. This is his recent visual response to the Russian invasion and attack of The Ukraine.

Ted Decker Catalyst Fund has awarded a mini-grant to Hector Fernando Garcia of Phoenix for the advancement of his career as a professional visual artist. It is specifically for promotion of an upcoming project which will include paintings as well as performance and installation.
