Fall Irrigation Reset 💧

Cooler temperatures are approaching and landscape water demand is beginning to change.

For Arizona communities and commercial properties, fall is the time to adjust irrigation schedules, reduce unnecessary runtimes, check for leaks, and make sure trees, shrubs, turf, and desert plantings are being watered appropriately for the season.

Smarter seasonal adjustments help conserve water, reduce waste, and keep landscapes healthy heading into winter.

Last week, Team AAA had the opportunity to attend the American Heart Association Phoenix at Heart Breakfast. ❤️

It was a great morning learning more about the work being done across our community to fight heart disease and stroke, along with the importance of CPR awareness and knowing how to respond when every second matters.

We are proud to support the American Heart Association and encourage others to get involved through upcoming events like the West Valley Heart Walk and CycleNation Phoenix.

A great cause, important education, and plenty of ways to make an impact.

Working outdoors in Arizona means sharing the landscape with some unexpected visitors. 🐍

Situational awareness matters. Taking a few extra seconds to look before stepping, reaching, or moving materials can prevent a serious incident — and if wildlife is spotted, give it space and alert the team.

Another way we look out for one another and make safety part of every job.

Water management in action. 💧

ABC15 recently featured Trilogy at Power Ranch and the work being done to prepare for Arizona’s water future through turf reduction, smart irrigation, detailed water tracking, and long-term planning.

The results are significant — millions of gallons saved, lower water costs, and a more sustainable approach to managing the landscape. Great insight from Executive Director Michele Ray-Brethower, and AAA's Stephen Mobley & Chad Dane.

Overseeding season is getting close, and the work leading up to it matters. 🌱

For Arizona communities and commercial properties, now is the time to start preparing Bermuda turf by gradually lowering mowing heights, adjusting irrigation, and planning around the right temperatures for rye seed establishment.

Good preparation now helps create more even germination, stronger winter color, and a cleaner transition into the cooler months.

Healthy reminder from Conduct Cowboy. 🚚

Our teams spend a lot of time on the road traveling between communities, yards, and job sites. Safe driving is part of taking care of our people just as much as what happens in the field.

Stay focused, give yourself time, and look out for everyone sharing the road.
