Cameron Glass has been named Regional Executive for Kitchell in Texas. Building on recent strong growth, Cameron will partner with Vice President Seth Ackland to expand Kitchell’s construction management, program management and owner-focused services across the state while continuing to deliver for the clients and project teams he currently supports.

We’re pleased to welcome Richard Standiford, CCM, DBIA, LEED AP, back to Kitchell as Executive Director for Northern California.

Richard rejoins us after more than a decade with the California Department of General Services, where he most recently oversaw a $3.5 billion portfolio of active and recently completed projects.

With more than 20 years of industry experience across the owner, construction management and contractor perspectives, Richard brings proven leadership and deep expertise in complex public-sector programs and collaborative project delivery.

Project Director David Brown joined industry leaders at the 18th Annual Tribal Casino & Hotel Development Conference to discuss how Tribal casino and resort owners can evaluate renovation versus replacement, balancing operational efficiency, long-term value, labor considerations and the guest experience.
