PV is excited to welcome Hudson House to the growing lineup of restaurants coming to the property in 2027. The beloved Dallas-based concept will make its Arizona debut here, bringing its signature hospitality and elevated dining experience to the neighborhood.

Known for its fresh oysters, iconic lobster rolls, timeless atmosphere, and ice-cold martinis, Hudson House has become a go-to destination wherever it opens.

This exciting addition is another step in bringing even more sought-after dining experiences to the neighborhood!

Throughout the month, Sunset Sweat brought together local fitness studios and the PV community for evenings of movement, connection, and wellness at The Park at PV. A huge thank you to The Foundry, Reformed Pilates, and Yoga Box for helping make the series such a success. It was incredible to see so many people join us at the park each week.

The good news? Sunset Sweat returns this August with a fresh lineup of classes and instructors, bringing even more opportunities to move, connect, and enjoy the outdoors. ✨
