Most realtors show pictures of their clients homes when they close. Well as a creative and animal lover.....I'm a little bit different. :)
Congrats to my friends Megan and Ryan on their new home!!! They are getting settled after a post close date move in. Their arena is done, horses are so happy. A little rain on Super Bowl Sunday did not keep the "ham" Bullet and "shy one" Glory from greeting me.
I was so excited to give them their closing gift. It was a labor of love, a canvas print of Megan and Bullet from our session at Rio Verde last summer. Yes, you know me......my emotional self cried as I gave it to her.
I am so happy that a majority of my clients love animals just as much as me.

One of my all time favorites- just a guy and his dog. Who says guys only love the big dogs? Met this nice man in Prescott who showed me he preferred his pocket sized pup. ❤️
