As a Project Coordinator at Knipp Contracting, Mia helps keep the moving pieces of our projects organized and on track. She works closely with our team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure communication stays clear and projects continue moving forward.

Mia approaches her work with a thoughtful and solutions-focused mindset. She’s always willing to dig in, ask questions, and look for ways to keep improving her skills while supporting the team.

For the past three years at Knipp Contracting, Emerald has been helping keep our commercial projects organized and moving forward as a Commercial Project Engineer.

Her role is all about connecting the dots, coordinating with the field team, subcontractors and our internal staff to make sure everyone has the information they need from start to finish. In construction, there are a lot of moving pieces and Emerald helps keep them aligned so projects run smoothly.

What she loves most about construction is watching a client’s vision come to life. Seeing ideas move from drawings on paper to something real is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

Her advice to anyone thinking about joining the industry?
Go for it. If you enjoy problem solving, working with different teams, and learning something new every day, construction offers endless opportunities and there’s a place for you.

As a Project Coordinator at Knipp Contracting since 2021, Rose keeps the moving parts of our projects organized, aligned, and running smoothly.

Construction may be known for what happens on the jobsite, but it takes strong coordination behind the scenes to keep everything moving.
