We are moving to a new and improved office! Our office will be closed for the next few days as we move, and we'll reopen March 5th! The new office is located in a medical office complex at 15810 S. 45th Street, Suite 150, Phoenix, AZ 85048. We're excited to serve you there!

Each year, the Ahwatukee Foothills News conducts a survey of the community's favorite businesses. Anyone can vote for local businesses in several categories, including "Best Eye Care". We have won the last several years and hope to keep that trend going! The voting for Best of Ahwatukee 2024 has already started and we would like you to participate. Here's how to vote:

1. Please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BestofAhwatukee2024
2. Move through the survey by clicking "Next" on the bottom of each page
3. You'll enter your email, but you don't need to log in
4. Be sure to select "Lifetime Eye Care" in category "67: Best Eye Care"
5. Continue through the survey and click "Done" on the last page
