DS3 Designs strives to develop the creation of authentic, sensory experiential spaces with a strong narrative and a sense of personality.

Our design firm is a multidisciplinary team that specializes in delivering hospitality and retail spaces. When designing hospitality work, our design is the direct reflection of the team’s passion for food and coffee. Our approach to all our projects involves a creative process where we produce the most creative and redefined spaces all while utilizing innovative design, playful references and out of the box imagery. DS3 Designs was started in 2014 by David Santos III, who after having over 25 years of experience in design wanted to start his own company. He started practicing design and architecture in Asia working with Taisei Corporation in both Manila and Tokyo. From there, David joining the RMA Ltd. and Fitch working in both Singapore as well as Phoenix. There he worked mostly on designing retail and hospitality spaces. Through his experiences he has gained knowledge in consumer trends and both hospitality as well as retail design. His skills include all aspects of retail, hospitality and restaurant design, where his designs start from the base construction to graphic design.

A strong restaurant brand is more than a logo.

The space should communicate the culture, personality, and experience guests can expect before they even place an order.

Because great restaurant design helps guests connect with the brand from the moment they walk in.

The right design can shape how guests move, feel, and experience the space.
