Keys to Change

Keys to Change was invited to join 20+ non-profit agencies during the Maricopa County 2026 Combined Charitable Campaign Agency Fair as part of the county’s workplace giving program . During the event Keys to Change staff encouraged County employees to use their contributions as an opportunity to help make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring. Thank you, Maricopa employees, for selecting Keys to Change as a workplace giving program partner.

Join us for Project Connect this Thursday from 8:00 AM–3:00 PM at Avondale Baptist Church! Multiple community organizations will be on-site, coming together to provide resources, services, support, and care for our unhoused neighbors—all in one place.

At Indeed Futureworks, HR professionals from around the world came together to connect, learn, and make an impact beyond the conference floor.

Attendees stopped by our table to build heat relief kits and write notes of encouragement for people facing extreme heat. Together, we assembled 450 kits—turning a few moments of connection into meaningful care for our community.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, lent a hand, and helped us spread a little more warmth and relief at Indeed Futureworks.

We’re just a few days away from coming together for our next Thirst Aid event. Join us on Saturday, September 12, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Key Campus South Gate, 1300 W. Harrison St. in Phoenix.

With the support of Starbucks Partners and our partnership with Central Arizona Shelter Services, we’re continuing our efforts to provide much-needed heat relief for our community.
