What I like most is that this wasn’t some abstract AI experiment.

It started with a real problem in my own life.

I needed a better way to stay organized, run the team and spend more time actually coaching the kids.

So I used the same approach we use in AI development.

A week later, I had a working app I can actually use with my team.
