With the future of AI, humans have never been more needed.
Rudy, a Foreman with Corbins, has recently been highlighted by one of our team members for providing an excellent experience for his teammates on site. Rudy is known as a resource to fellow teammates on site, assisting with any questions or requests with an understanding and willingness to help out. His investment in our culture is what answers the doubts about a human's place in the development of AI. Rudy's knowledge is something we leverage for our project's success, and he exemplifies what it means to be a part of our culture here at Corbins.
These actions make a large impact on the success of our projects. Share with us how culture has impacted your project's success!

When you're told college is the only route, remember this 25-year-old superintendent providing for a family of 5.
At 18, Cody Cole looked to join the trades after recognizing traditional further education wasn't right for him. Starting in our fabrication shop, Corbins built his career with him through an electrical apprenticeship, becoming a foreman, and now a field superintendent. Cody finds pride in his work and values the investment he and Corbins have made into himself and his career.

We show up and show out each day!
Power Ups are a great way to get the team energized and on track for their goals on-site for the day. Thank you to our hardworking Foremen out in Texas, James Casabar and Ely Mendez, for establishing clear project objectives, emphasizing quality standards, and most importantly, staying safe on site.

Have you fallen into this trap yourself?
In construction today, electricians are the unsung heroes who belong on the billboards. Without the boots on the ground electricians making the hands-on impact, the data centers that are maintaining and driving our technological growth would not be where they are today.
Follow us to stay up to date on how our culture can be a part of your tomorrow.
This is Gen Z in construction.
Not the hype man we deserve, but the hype man we all need. Thanks, bro.

Some quit, others never do.
For Ubaldo, a Journeyman with Corbins, he brings his work ethic and positive attitude day in and day out to support his teammates in any way he can. Recently, his work with the termination team at one of our data center sites allowed Ubaldo to not only showcase his serious determination to bring out the best in himself as an electrician, but also the best out of his teammates. Ubaldo's professionalism is contagious, and his dependability brings a type of camaraderie that most electricians search for years to find in the trades.
