When I’m far out in the desert I feel the most at peace with myself and life in general. I wanted to share a few things I feel we could all work on;

-Be kind, every single person we meet or know has struggles. Have compassion without judgement.

-Say how you feel. No one is going to walk in your life and say the things you won’t or change what you don’t like. If something bothers you handle it.

-Have Patience. In a age of instant satisfaction and everyone being in a rush it’s easy to forget. Don’t be caught up in the idea everything needs to be in front of you in the blink of an eye.

-Get outside. Every single day you should try to exercise or get some sun and do something you enjoy, very important for your mental health.

-Gratitude/Appreciation. Be grateful every single day, Life is short. Remember the value and how important the simple things are.

-Do what you love. Know what’s worth doing and take the time to actually enjoy your life. Pop wheelies, travel, go to races and don’t worry too much about what other people think✌🏼💙

Golden hour☀️✨

Tough weekend! Had a freak issue with some fuel on the parade lap and had to quickly switch to a back up bike barely making it back to the line, I had to pit on lap 1 putting me down several minutes so I just rode my own race without hardly anyone around and put in some clean laps. My fitness felt great and I still had a blast out there ripping it up on a rough track thanks to my equipped setup. Thanks to everyone that backs me! We have 1 more left let’s end it on a good note🏁🤙🏼🍻 #22 @ State Line Primm Valley
