Ciara is an Emmy Award–winning journalist and weather anchor with a passion for telling stories that connect communities. A proud graduate of Moon Valley High School and the University of Arizona where she studied broadcasting, Ciara started her career reporting in Yuma and Tucson. She is now a reporter and weather anchor for FOX 5/KUSI in San Diego.

Registration is now open for the 2025 FALL Convention! Cost starts at $25 per student. Due to space limitations, we are capping attendance at 500 students. We encourage you to register early to confirm spots for your program.
