What gets a BDA estimate rejected at AHJ review.

Most BDA estimates fail for the same reason: they're priced off a spec sheet, not off what the AHJ actually requires. Signal strength thresholds, NFPA 72 and IFC coverage requirements, and jurisdiction-specific stamping rules all shift the real scope - equipment, design, testing, commissioning, and every supporting service tied to it.
