According to great work of Keep America Beautiful and the 2026 National Litter Study, litter across U.S. roadways and waterways has declined by an incredible 34% since 2020. 🙌🌎

Proof that when communities come together to clean, green, recycle, and care for their neighborhoods—real impact happens. 🌿✨

🎉 BIG NEWS: Our 2026 National Litter Study is here!

After months of research, we’re thrilled to release the most comprehensive data on litter in America—and the findings are incredibly encouraging.

Litter across U.S. roadways and waterways is down 34% since 2020. Every American’s share dropped from 152 pieces to 96. This is proof that when communities work together, real change happens.

But our work is far from done—35 billion pieces of litter remain. The study shows us exactly where we need to focus next, and with America’s 250th birthday approaching, there has never been a better time to finish what we started.

From the ground to the skies, this crew brings incredible energy, teamwork, and heart to everything they do—and our spirits truly soar when we get to work alongside them. 💚✈️

There’s never a dill moment when the adorable Midtown Primary Elementary kiddos visit Pierson Street Community Garden, and yesterday was no exception! 🌿☀️

Under the expert direction of our very own garden gal, Ms. Mary Lu 🙌🥒, these little picklers rolled up their sleeves and learned how to make homemade pickles from scratch.

From mixing ingredients to filling jars, the kids did it all—and now their creations are chilling in the fridge, waiting for that magical transformation into delicious pickles. ✨🥒

Right on cue-cumber, these students totally relished the experience… and so did we! 😄💚
