I call this; ‘E for Expel’

Her presence hangs over me
like a grey cloud full of rain-
waiting to pour.


To drench me in her toxicity
-acid drizzle-
Reaching out my hand to
catch a droplet
My skin starts to sizzle.

I don't pull away
theres a calming energy from
the pain
I shut my eyes and breathe in slowly-
inhaling through my nose
and exhaling out of my mouth.

As my lungs use the muscles
in my chest to take in the
air around me,
my diaphragm flattens
like a piece of paper.

I exhale and my whole body relaxes
as the air I just inhaled
is let out of my lungs.

I could say
'I feel better.'
But the truth is...
I feel bitter.

I harbor this guilt.
How could I be so stupid?
Naive?

How could I give myself
to her wholeheartedly
as a human being?

My soul, my heart, my breath
everything I ever was.

For her to then stomp
on me like a kid traipsing
onto an ants nest.
Me, being the ants, I became
angry, resentful, and embitter.

Wishing I could cause her the
same amount of pain
she caused me.

And she loved a little girl very, very much- even more than she loved herself.

Go somewhere you've never been before, and explore the absolute f**k out of it. Make your own adventures and experience life the way YOU want to. Don't be afraid and as always, breathe. You only have one life. Why waste it at a job, relationship, or place that you hate. Move out, switch careers, and leave that person who's tearing you down. This is your f**king life. So, f**king LIVE it!

Why should we tear things down that aren't ours in the first place? Nothing is truly our own on this Earth. It's is Hers, Mother Earth's world. We must respect it, love it, nurture it, take care of it, and try our damned hardest to heal it when we hurt it. This is the only Earth there is, don't take it for granted. Chapel of the Holy Cross
