BMS Management LLC

Here is another little projectt we’ve been working on in Mormon Lake AZ since April of 2023. We shut down for the winter in Mormon Lake in 2023, then started back up again in the spring of 2024. The man that owns this place is a fantastic guy. Retired DPS, trucker, hot rod builder. This first picture is what it was when we started, and then pictures I took today. I will also be going through, and adding progress pictures a bit later. Thank you Dave Henry, you are truly a friend I never knew I had, until this project.

BMS came to a crossroads two and a half years ago. It became apparent that the way our company was structured wasn’t working. So, I ran an experiment, and decided to take a chance in believing totally in myself, and my abilities to continue the business. Although I know all of the ins and outs of this business, it’s still different with the thought of going it alone. So, in the last two and a half years, it has been a bit scary knowing there isn’t any other(s) to lean on, but looking back I am greatful for the partners I did have, and the knowledge each brought to the table. Going alone though, has been the absolute best decision I could’ve ever made. Of course this cannot be done without the support of my wife, and those sub-contractors that have pledged to stay with me. I truly believe in doing a job the right way, and not giving in to compromising quality for quantity. I will be posting pics and videos of a large project we just completed. It turned out awesome, and best of all, I gained a new friendship. There is no better statement to get from a client than “Thank you for everything you’ve done, and I want to retain your friendship “. Just makes you feel good. Thank you!

Been working on a little kitchen rework, which in turn has led to new flooring throught the home. These people have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Both before, and after pictures. Can you tell which is which?
