I have quite a few new followers so I thought I'd re-introduce myself and yell you how Glam Candy Boutique came to be. I’m Jamie, the owner of Glam Candy Boutique.

Years ago, before all the molds, fake sprinkles, and supplies that are everywhere now, I started making candy-themed decor because I couldn’t find the things I wanted to buy. I’ve always loved giant lollipops, Candyland-style decorations, pastel colors, sweets, and all things whimsical. Back then, if you wanted giant candy decor, you pretty much had to figure it out yourself.

So that’s exactly what I did.

What started as a creative outlet slowly grew into a business. I began sharing tutorials, showing people how I made things, and connecting with other creative people who loved the same over-the-top candy-themed style that I did. Somehow that little hobby turned into a large community and a business that has connected me with thousands of amazing makers.

These days, I create candy-themed decor, 3D prints, craft supplies, tutorials, and creative resources for makers. I also teach 3D printing and show people how to create their own designs and products.

Funny enough, that started for the same reason as everything else: I wasn’t finding what I wanted in the 3D printing world either. Most of what I saw felt very masculine, practical, or gadget-focused, while I wanted big, beautiful, boutique-style decor. So I learned how to create my own.

I guess that’s been the story of my business from the beginning: if I can’t find it, I make it. 😊
