One of the unexpected gifts of this job is the people it brings into my life. Ally and Jesse started as a wedding client, but quickly they became friends I truly care about and feel grateful to know.

Ally & Jesse are seriously the kindest people I know. Thoughtful, genuine, so SO fun, and endlessly supportive. It’s clear how right they are for each other. They show up authentically as themselves, which is why these are some of my favorite photos from their wedding day.

The work I do has never been just about documenting for me, but about the relationships and supporting people through real life too. I’m sharing them today because Ally is facing an unexpected health journey and will soon be undergoing brain surgery. I’ve linked their GoFundMe for anyone who’s interested in Ally's story.
