This brown widow was found trying to invade one of my homes I take care of it didn't make it far. The homeowner asked what it was and if it was dangerous this is a brown widow it goes by many names and is part of the widow family it has a somewhat same toxicity as the black widow but is unable to deliver the same amount of venom as its family member but should be treated all the same. The brown widow much like the black widow share a very similar web with webbing going in ever witch direction and very sticky. Unlike the black widow this brown widow is not jet black with a red or orange hurglass type design but it is a brownish grey color with obvious segmented colors on its legs and beautiful colors on its abdomen back and yes it does have the hourglass colorings on the bottom of it abdomen but as you can see it's not the only defining colors.

Watch for bees this time of year is big for them to be very active. Listen for there loud buzzing and watch for the signs of them being in an area do not get to close. Bees will how upgroup around an longer and either up andeave or make a home always leave them alone and call a professional do not try and adgitate them or play with them they can and will react
