A new SpryArch Modern located in the Orange District of Mesa, AZ.
Mid-Century inspired with deep cantilevered overhangs. The plan pulls apart and threads itself through orange trees, connecting spaces with glass corridors. Regardless of where you are in this home and what direction you look, there is a view.

The Kimbrough Home is a 4,600-square-foot energy-efficient modern custom residence located in Scottsdale Mountain. The home is built using 12” thick ICF blocks for all exterior walls and carefully designed to respond to its dramatic desert surroundings, with expansive mountain views.
The home’s H-shaped floor plan organizes key living spaces around a central outdoor courtyard on the west, creating a private outdoor living space. The living room, dining room, kitchen, primary suite, and junior suite all open directly to this outdoor living area, allowing for a seamless flow between interior and exterior. Extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout the home frames the surrounding desert landscape, while deep roof overhangs provide shade.
In addition to its 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the Kimbrough Home includes a dedicated office, recreation room, and 3-car garage, making it a versatile design for both daily living and entertaining. With a focus on clean lines, open volumes, and material simplicity.
