A recent European Oak job

Here, we had to replicate the pattern from the existing wood floor, which was damaged by water. The geometrics took a bit of thought, on this one!

Solid Alder treads and Alder veneer risers. Dark stain mix, with 3 coats of poly.

Custom stair noses. Did this one a while back. The bottom 4 steps were curved, and got larger in radius, as they went down.

I have a customer who is looking to hire someone. The position basically consists of moving furniture, job site cleanup, runner and helper. Pay starts at 10 to 11 dollars an hour. Any additional skills are a plus and will be compensated for - drywall, paint, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Must be self sufficient and reliable. There is definitely room to grow with his company. Vehicle is optional and preferable, and he does pay mileage if you drive yours. His office is South of Camelback, just East off of 7th Avenue.

Resanding and finishing storm caused buckled areas on a floor we sanded and finished a couple months ago.

FYI
If you have vegetation being regularly irrigated, directly on an exterior wall of your house, the water could be making it it's way through the wall, and therefore deteriorating the drywall and wood components of the structure. This is a great invitation for a termite colony to form.
In this case, there are no termites, but the drywall is wet and crumbling.
