Today we're celebrating the dads who show up, step up, and make an impact every day. The problem solvers, the storytellers, the grill masters, the coaches, and the ones who always seem to have the right advice when it's needed most.

To all the dads and father figures, thank you for the guidance, the hard work, and the memories that shape our lives. We hope your day is filled with family, laughter, and maybe a little time to relax you've earned it.

Our annual Water Wars tradition is back, and this year did not disappoint! Water games, team challenges and the final all-out water balloon and sq**rt gun showdown, the O'Neil & PS crew brought the energy, the competition, and plenty of laughs.

Days like these are a great reminder that a strong team is built through hard work, shared experiences, and a little friendly competition.

A special thank you to our spectators and designated phone holders, the unsung heroes of Water Wars who kept phones, keys, wallets, and all the important things safe while the rest got absolutely drenched. 📱☀️💙

We always love being part of our customers' vendor events and getting the chance to connect with the people and organizations we work with throughout the year.

From custom swag to print materials, we had some fun with the Sun Devils today and enjoyed talking all things branding, merch, and marketing. It was great connecting with so many familiar faces and meeting new ones throughout the day.

This month's employee spotlight shines on Jacob Hall, one of our talented Wide Format Operators in Tempe! From gaming and D&D to anime and audiobooks, Jacob brings creativity and dedication both in and out of the shop. Thank you for 4 great years and for being such a valued part of the team, Jacob!
