We drill where there is cement up against the stem wall, we trench where there is dirt or landscaping against the stem wall and then we patch the drill holes and rake in the trench and then we come inside and poke a pencil size hole in the drywall where we see termites and foam those areas and of course we patch up the drywall holes!
